b.   The date on which this information and all other references, etc. was filed was October 5, 2006.

c. What are my/our voting rights.

d. What restrictions exist in the condominium documents regarding my/our rights to use my/our unit?

Answer. The assessments, as noted in "g" above, grant unit owners the use of recreation and other common facilities.
