To answer this question Phil searched the Martin County MLS for non-wf
condo sales in Stuart, Jensen Beach, Palm City and Hobe Sound.
DOM is the number of days elapsed between taking the listing and closing the
sale.
The search was limited to the most active selling months of the year -
January 2 through September 30.
Only sales with Realtor Association Of Martin County MLS ID #'s were used.

The median DOM is used so that the result is not skewed by those listings which
sell almost immediately or which have unusually long marketing times.
Median DOM means that an equal number of listings sell in less (or more) time
than the figure given.
